[Solved]Fullscreen displaced down and to right

As it says on the tin, whenever i put something on fullscreen it goes fullscreen but shifts down and to the right, leaving a band of desktop running across the top and left.

I'm Running Win 7 SP1
Drivers are updated, clean
HDMI cable on one monitor and DVI on the other
crossfire of 290x.

Download CCleaner, clear the Windows Size and Position Cache. Uncheck everything else in both tabs, then run the cleaner.

Do not run the registry cleaner.

Does it work with just one monitor connected?

Where are the gpus installed? upper middle bottom PCI-E slot?

Did you install the up to date driver from amd.com?
uninstall drivers with ddu uninstaller, reboot and install the newest drivers again

THe main monitor can fullscreen fine, but the second monitor still has the issue.

Do you have Catalyst Control Center or Radeon Control Center?

Uhm, AMD Radeon Control Center I think?

This is the latest Hotfix driver.

I want you to install this driver and keep the install file. Once installed, make note of the name on the install file. Restart. Navigate to C:\AMD\ and delete all folders except for the one with the same name on it. Restart. Try gaming again.

Sorry for never coming back here, I completely forgot after I had fixed my issue.

It turns out that the Chrome Theme I was running was not fully compatible with an update to chrome and was causing the screen shift. Removing the theme fixed the problem. Sorry everyone, thanks for the help.
