My old computer crashed down. I'm now building a new one, i have a 3K budget and am intending to create a workstation that's easy to upgrade in the future. After a while of searching around i thought of buying X99, 5930K, 4x4gb ddr4 and quadro k2000. At first i thought it was okay, but then i thought if the k2000 is compatible with x99 and whether i should buy the newest ddr4 or highend ddr3 cards with Z9PE motherboard , so now i need opinions. What should i do?

Uhm...

If you're asking if a Gddr5 graphics card is compatible with a DDR 3 or 4 motherboard, then yes, absolutely. Graphics RAM only applies to the graphics card and has absolutely nothing to do with the motherboard's RAM.
The GDDR5 bit in the title is confusing at best. Maybe you have spoken to your ps4 friends who maybe think its the same thing as ddr3. It isnt.

The only thing you need to be concerned about is buying which ever type of ram matches your motherboard. That will be DDR3 or with new boards DDR4. You may put what ever gfx card in it you like regardless of type of vram it uses on that card.
