Question Gigabyte GA-780T-D3L fans run extra fast, no boot

I assembled this pc:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-780T-D3L
Processor: Amd Fx-6100
Memory: 2x4gb ddr3 1600mhz DDR3 ram
Graphics card: Gigabyte Rx 560 2gb oc
Power Supply: 500Watt PSU

When i power it on the fans start, but it gives no monitor signal and makes 4 long beeps. All the cables are in, even tried with another graphics card. I have no clue what the problem is. Please help?

Memory (RAM) failure.

did you plug in the ram ok?

I didn't check ram speed compatibilty.

A new problem has emerged, the Pc worked, but whenever i tried to turn it on all the fans run extra fast and the monitor has no signal. The power button can't turn it off, i have to power off. Removing the graphics card seems to stop the fans from running fast, but i dont get the beep it made when it started.
