[Solved] Hard Drive has failed - recovery of data?

when i plug in my hard disk with my laptop,its not giving any respond after some time it shows a error of of data cyclic.I request you to give a proper solution.So i can save my data without format it

i need help to repair my portable hard disk there is a data cyclic error, i don't want to format it because there is lots of my personal data in it..

If you cannot access the HDD on the laptop through the laptop then you will need to connect it to an external system to backup the data and then try to restore it. You will need to access it through a desktop or some other means to regain your data. Even then, if there are cross linked sectors, you may not be able to restore all of your data.
