Question Solved IT After replacing motherboard and a cpu my GPU IS overheating without reason

Well, title is self explanatory. Started installing Windows and by the time i was done my GPU (my Guess) heated to about 65-75C by only installing Windows. Aby ideas why ? Card model: Asus ROG Strix RX Vega 56 OC mb: Asus prime b460 m-a

What do you mean "my guess"? Do you not know if it was the GPU that reached that temperature? What about the temp, you said "about 65-75",which was it? What program did you use to measure it?
