[SOLVED] [Solved] Micro-stuttering in almost every game ?

solution: seems like it was the ethernet cable 😭😭🙏🙏

almost every game micro-stutters every couple of seconds. started randomly about 2 months ago

What I've tried:

• Reinstalling Windows
• Cleaning PC
• Moving RAM
• Disabling overlays
• Disabling background apps

Temperatures are fine, XMP is enabled.

The stutters coincide with the spikes in the graphs (screenshot below, game latency (CPU) and ping).
Is my CPU cooked or is it not a CPU issue?
