I have just finished building a new PC and got the annoying 1-3 beep error after turning it on. Actually there is first one beep and after a few seconds one long and three short - Asus web suggests GPU error. Tried a different video card, same issue; tried removing card and connecting to motherboard VGA (hdmi) same problem; removed one RAM stick, same issue.
I’m going crazy...any help would be appreciated.

motherboard: Asus Prime B460M-A (lga1200)
cpu: intel 10700
psu: 600w
ram: corsair vengeance lpx 2x16gb 3000mhz
liquid cooling: Arctic liquid freezer II 240
ssd: Samsung 970evo nvme
gpu: rtx2060 super ( tested also gtx 1660)

I managed to solve this issue: after replacing every single component and testing them (all worked fine on another machine) I concluded that the motherboard was the issue. Luckily before sending it back I tried connecting the monitor through DVI directly to the motherboard...and it worked, no errors and I was able to get into the BIOS settings. There I set the PCI as default graphic output and then I was able to get the GPU ‘card to send the signal to the monitor.
