Question (Solved) New gigabyte 3070 won’t let me select 4K 60hz

I’ve just purchased a rtx 3070 gigabyte master
And I am unable to select 4K 60hz or turn on hdr
Instead I’m stuck at 30 hz and windows says my display won’t do hdr, before I had the 3070 I had a RX 580 and that worked with 4K 60hz and hdr and I’ll I’ve done is swap the graphics cards I’m using the same cables same display, any help would be grateful

I would contact Gigabyte customer support...you may have to plug into a specific port or use a specific version of cable as their are different versions of DisplayPort and HDMI.

I’m going to purchase a new HDMI cable now to see if that works, I have opened a ticket with gigabyte and they said to expect a reply with in seven days, I have three HDMI outputs on the card and gigabyte says two are HDMI 2.1 and one is HDMI 2.0

Its my 4k tv the brand is hisense I will check the model number when I get home in a minute
