Question [Solved] No post, No video, New build

Ok, I need help plz

Gigabyte z690 aorus ultra dd
i5-13600k 32gb 5200 ddr
Rx 6800xt

I have been trying to setup this PC all night. Surely the problem is something I did or didn't do

I flash the mobo right out of box before I connected anything. I have swapped ram around, even tried different sticks. I have resat the cpu, added/removed gpu, reset cmos, even swapped mobos/cpus incase something was doa(building 2 systems,dual parts). I don't know what I'm missing.

Only thing I haven't swapped is psu. I'm reusing my corsair hx850i, few years old but still warranty(one for other system not here yet). Was also working fine before I moved it to new system yesterday. No beeps. Video included for what it's doing. Have yet to see the bios 😭

Never reuse PSUs that are more than 6 months old, this can be VERY dangerous and can even fry your parts, stay with a safe option and use a new PSU.

This was a concern when I was looking to build, but people kept saying "it's still in warranty why get a new one".

PSU for second PC should be here Thursday so will be able to test then.

Working fine now. PSU was the issue.
