[SOLVED] SOLVED! No signal (no EZ Debug lights and gone through sticky)

Hey everyone - just finished building my first PC and it all boots just fine, all the fancy RGB, fans working, no EZ Debug LEDs, but there is no output signal... The monitor just turns on to tell me there's no signal and that's it.

I've done all the basic troubleshooting: monitor is plugged into GPU, RAM are in the right slots (and I've gone through each one individually), basically completely taken apart and rebuilt the whole thing, still no signal...

Any suggestions? I've been trying literally all evening, and am at my wit's end. Currently stuck with a v expensive RGB machine :')

Build:
CPU: AMD 3900x
GPU: MSI Trio 2080s
RAM: 2x16gb Corsair Dominator
MOBO: MSI pro carbon wifi x570
PSU: Corsair HX1000i


[edit: maybe worth adding that mouse and keyboard are plugged into PC USB ports and also light up just fine]
