Built a new pc yesterday, started it up and downloaded windows 10 on ssd, worked flawless and everything was fine, but when i took one of the ram sticks out, my pc is now stuck at rebooting endlessly. Kind of like a loop. The standoffs are installed, cables inside, and everything seems to be working i mean i hear no beeps from mb but the lights and fans spin and turn on, cleared the cmos and that did nothing
Help
Im frustrated first build ever as well
Pc specs
Ryzen 5 2400G
Asrock Ab350m pro4 mb
Kingston HyperX fury 8gb 2x4 sticks
sandisk 240gb ssd
Thermaltake smart rgb psu 500W
No graphics card im using the vega 11 from the ryzen 5.
I cleared cmos and tried to reseat the ram but nothing happened. There is no display to the monitor through neither vga dvi or hdmi, and the pc keeps rebooting endlessly!

Solution

I suppose you could purchase new RAM (don't open it) so you have it on hand. Keep the receipt so you can return it. You will loose the shipping cost both ways plus any restocking fee. Or you can keep it and increase you total RAM (but that would need to as close as possible to the matched set that you purchased previously).

If it were me, I would wait.

On the other hand you can bread board the motherboard to the extent that you can now. If...
Put the other stick back in. Make sure that the matched memory set is in the same color coded (or designated) slots. Consult the manual for best performance of RAM slots

Then check that all of the memory is showing up, and that it is at the correct frequency.

I did that, i put it in the same slots at first, and it would still go on a reboot loop, i tried with 1 stick only and it didnt work too, i used all 4 of the slots changing it every time i turned it off after it booted. i jumped the cmos pins and nothing displays, ill try to listen for the beeps in a while. Everything else seems fine to me, my psu fan is running fine( its rgb so i can tell) and my cpu fan is spinning, although my one concern is that i remember when i took the heatsink out to put it properly into the screws, the thermal paste was already on the cpu, would that have affected my cpu?

Since it is a new build, it is a possibility that something is grounding the motherboard to the case.

Try breadboarding the motherboard. That will eliminate as any possibility of grounding to the case. It also eliminates any problems with the front panel cable connections and other hardware.

Here are a several breadboard instructions. Read through them to get the idea and then choose one.

Here is a video showing testing build components prior to assembly (breadboarding essentially) and assembly of a PC.

Terry what if tomorrow i get new ram or replacement ram for my current hyperx ram and then use the new one and see if it works or not, if it doesnt work and the system is still in boot loops i will then breadboard for the beeps and whatever other u told me thanks

That is fine.

Anyway im going to further proceed to replace my ram from the pc shop i bought it from sometime tomorrow, and then place it in my current pc, test it out and see if the pc doesnt go in endless boot. Hopefully this works i have a feeling it wont

Guys my motherboard speaker is arriving in 3 to 4 days, so when i get my motherboard speaker, i will breadboard my pc and then figure it out with the speaker included. Also should i consider buying a new ram stick after or before breadboarding, because i assume the ram is having issues

On the other hand you can bread board the motherboard to the extent that you can now. If the system boots up outsides of the case, then you don't need the case speaker immediately. Connect the power supply and monitor (CPU, CPU Cooler & RAM also installed previously) to the motherboard. Since the motherboard lacks a start button, you will either connect the case power button or just short across the start pins on the motherboard to start the PC.

You can also install the mouse and keyboard, and then system drive later after the system boots successfully.

But if it doesn't boot up or goes into a reboot loop, then wait for the case speaker to proceed.

Solution
I Solved the issue even before the mb speaker arrived although i still ordered it( maybe for future issues who knows).
My solution, ive done this exact method before and it didnt work out before back then but now it did somehow, so here it is,
I took out my Ram sticks, and then i put them in every dimm slot one by one, and after each one i tried replacing it with the other and it worked. Thanks
