Hi there!
Yesterday I started getting consistent ping spikes every 10 seconds.

As you can see below I'm getting packet loss on the 3rd hop when I run pingplotter. If someone could give me an insight into what that means I would be very grateful.

My system specs are:
Router: BT homehub 3
OS: Windows 10
Processor: Intel i7-4790k 4Ghz
GPU: Radeon R9 270X
MoBo: ASUS Z97-A
Wireless card: 802.11n Tenda Wireless LAN card
RAM: 16gb DDR3
What I have tried already:
Full system virus scan,
Checking Wireless card drivers for updates,
Cleaning registry with CCleaner,
Resetting Router multiple times,
Resetting PC multiple times,
Defragging Harddrives,
Ending tasks whilst pinging google.com to see if an application is an issue,
Pinging google from a PC connected to the BT Hub via ethernet had no spikes.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for any input you might be able to provide.
Cheers!
