Question SOLVED - PWM fans running full speed with no control on Nexus +2 hub. Why is this happening?

EDIT: issue was setting that CHA_FAN 1 header to PWM instead of DC in bios

Hey,
I got two PWM 4pin case fans.
I have a Fractal Define 7 case.
I plugged the first pwm fan into nexus +2 hub, at the FAN 1 slot.
Then plugged the second pwm fan into the FAN 2 slot.

Then plugged the entire hub into the chassis fan header on the motherboard (CHA_FAN 1).
But the fans are all running at full speed. Why can't I control their speed? I am able to control all the the other case fans (I have 3 others not connected to nexus), including my cpu fan, but the nexus hub is showing up as an "undefined" fan in the bios/fan controller program.

My motherboard is Asus tuf gaming x570 pro wifi.
The software I'm using to control is asus's own AI suite 3.

Did you also connect a cable from the Hub to a SATA power output from the PSU?

Hi my problem has been solved, the issue was in BIOS that header was set to DC instead of PWM. Thanks.!
