[Solved] Random Vista Ultimate x64 Freezing

My computer freezes everytime I start it. It takes anywhere from 10 seconds to 5 minutes, but then the whole computer locks up; including the mouse. The components are at normal temperature. My specs are:

Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6850 @ 3.00 GHz (Not OC'd) + Thermaltake cooler
Single NVIDIA GeForce PNY GTX 260 Core 216 GPU
Corsair 650 Watt PSU
4 GB DDR2 Corsair Dominator RAM
Thermaltake SopranoRS case

Sounds to me like one or more bad drivers.
Try to boot up into the Safe mode (F8).
If you are able to boot into the Safe mode repeatedly, then you do have a driver problem.
