Question SOLVED! Same issue after GPU RMA...Anyone?

So I have this problem... when I saw it first time I rmaed the gpu and recived a new one...but even with the new one it still there the problem.
System is
Ryzen 1600
Egva 1070 sc
Asus Prime b350 plus
PSU evga 600 w

2x8gb corsair 2666mhz

Model of the EVGA PSU? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the GPU drivers(with the latest found off Nvidia's support site)?

Drivers all new..done them all.... the evga psu is EVGA 600 B1 , 80+ BRONZE 600W

How old is the PSU? Are you on the latest BIOS update?

Download and use DDU to remove all traces of old GPU drivers. Then install latest version for your card. Also make sure you are on latest BIOS for your motherboard.

Ok...so apparently the Evga OSD precision was On and that's why the problem. They are saying the precision x is verry buggy sometimes. Anyways I just rmaed a perfectly good gpu becouse of this. Facepalm...many thanks guys
