Solved Screen flickering.

I been seeing this issue come and go for me the past 6 months. This is whats really causing it. A synchronization between your drivers and the refresh rates. Solve this problem easy reducing your max refresh rate, also the main contributor for this flickering is gpu tweak 2 by Asus. Look over the settings in this tool and you will see what i mean. I'm sure other overclock tools are similar with this issue.
