Edit: I send the motherboard to ASUS and they said the south bridge chip was damaged and they changed it. I'm waiting for them to ship it back.

Hi,
Everything was fine last night, I played some games, browsed internet, then shutdown the PC and go to bed.

This morning when I try to start the computer nothing happens. No fan noise, no beeps.

The power button on the motherboard has light but the led on my graphics card which is red or green depending on if it is connected to PSU has no light at the moment.

I cleared CMOS. I removed 1 ram stick (I have 2 and tried both individually on all slots), extra hdd(only ssd remaining), graphics card (plugged the monitor to onboard connector) and nothing changed. Tried to start the computer from the power button on mb, that didn't work either.

Last part I changed was the graphics card and it has been 4 months since then. That was also the last time I opened the case or moved it. I didn't experience any problems before or after changing the Graphics Card either.

edit:after psu fault suggested I tested the PSU without load I got the readings below with a multimeter.
12.03V on 12V rail, 5.06V on 5V rail and 3.38V on 3.3 rail.

This is my 5th pc build and I have no idea what is going on. Any idea is appreciated, pc specs;

Asus Z87-Plus
i7-4770k
Corsair Vengeance PRO 16GB DDR3-2133Mhz CL11
ASUS GTX 760 DC2 OC
Sandisk Ultra Plus 128GB
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Corsair TX750v2
COOLER MASTER HYPER 212 EVO

I don't know if I can borrow a PSU but I can remove the PSU and check it with a multimeter. Would that be enough? Checking it without load?

I removed and connected every cable before posting 🙁 no result.

"Hmm" ?

I tested the psu cables with a multimeter while 2 case fans were connected.
12.03V on 12V rail, 5.06V on 5V rail and 3.38V on 3.3 rail.
Since this is not with load it is not definitive but if we assume PSU is fine is the only remaining thing which can be faulty is MB?

I was going to oc it but I looked at the BIOS and I didnt :) It was very differnt from my last BIOS so I didn't want to push my luck since it is enough for me on stock.

PSU 2 years old
Motherboard and CPU 1.5 years old
SSD 1 years old
RAM ~4 months old
Graphics card 4 months old
HDD is really old, but I only use it as a backup.

I called ASUS tech support, they asked me a few questions about which leds are lighting when I power the PSU. After that they said "there is a small chip in the middle of the mb which distributes electricity, probably it is damaged, send for repairs"

So I'm sending it. I'll wrote back what they find for anyone else who stumbles on this thread. Thank you for your replies everyone.

Edit: Apparently the south bridge chip was damaged and they replaced it.
