Question [SOLVED] Slow boot after removing PSU power cable

Everytime I remove the power cable from the PSU (or have a power loss) the boot becomes very slow. It only backs to normal if I reset the CMOS.
It takes a lot of time before going to Windows loading screen.

My motherboard is a ASUS B450M Gaming and my PSU is a Corsair CX 550W.
I don't have any problems with this PSU when gaming or doing stress tests.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

I found the problem.
My External HDD was causing this issue.
After unplug it, it back to normal.
I don't know why, because it wasn't set to boot or anything.

Anyway, thanks for your help.
