**SOLVED** Software blocking a key

[FirstNewbie]

Hi, my "å" button (Swedish keyboard) is being blocked or something like that by a software that I can't pinpoint. The button works outside my account, so in the login screen and on my brothers account the "å" works just fine.

When im logged in on my account though (windows 10) the button wont work for the most part. Sometimes however it does work. I find it super strange and would love some help with locating the software that wont let the keypress register...

How and where do I start?

**Solved**
I found the problem, it turns out the button was part of a shortcommand for GeForce Experience settings and when I had it running it wouldn't let the keypress register outside Geforce Experience.

Make sure your keyboard is set to Swedish. This setting is per user, as can be seen at the registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International\User Profile\sv-SE
