SOLVED Windows 7 64 Bit, 4 gigs of RAM not being recognized.

specs:
Asus P5B Mobo
2x2g gskill 1066 8500 ram
EVGA gtx 460 SC 1gig
650 OCZ PSU
q6600 intel quad core 2.4ghz

I just recently installed windows 7 home premium 64bit and in my computer properties it shows 3gigs of memory available, same thing in my BIOS system info. when I go to CPU-Z it shows the full 4 gigs. my question is, how do I get it to recognize all 4 gigs? i assume it is something in my BIOS but I cant figure it out. looked around a bit on the internet and cant find an answer either. help is greatly appreciated. thanks.

BIOS -> advanced -> chipset -> northbridge -> memory remap - enable
