i need optimal Ram to try to run it as closer as possible to 3000Mhz while being cheap and i need a cheap budget mobo just to keep up with all of it. i do not plan to overclock or very little, like 2-3GHZ
ive been looking into ram latency and frequency so i am also worried about Ryzen's need for lower Latency. i d appreciate if someone who understand these matters can answer

Possible choices: (currently most affordable for me, not final at all)
Corsair vengeance LPX CL 16 3000mhz
G Skill Aegis 3000 mhz cl 16

as u see, cheap ram

my build:
Fatboy rx 590
Ryzen 5 2600x
Mobo
Ram
Hdd WD blue

At that speed, any RAM will work fine,
