[SOLVED] Some 8k videos don't work while some do.

I have a GT 1030 and some of the 8k videos on youtube don't seem to work.

It works even though its on 60 FPS. I turned on "stats for nerds" and that shows that it doesn' drop any frames.

Also, I've noticed that the videos that are lagging don't use the GPU at all. The GPU just sits there at 2% usage, while the whole load is on the CPU. The CPU usage is at 80% Usage.

so, I think that's the reason for it lagging, but can I force it to use the GPU?

video you posted is using AV1 codec which your GPU does not supports
https://developer.nvidia.com/video-encode-and-decode-gpu-support-matrix-new

once u reduce resolution, it should switch to VP9 codec which your GPU supports
AV1 codec is supported from RTX3000 series
