Uses VIA P4M890 chipset:

Which is prob why you have not got many replies.

Just ECS are the people who make some boards for large OEMs, but the VRMs on this board might be digital anyway, so prob not a bad board overall, just not a highly trusted one.

As it is only single channel, you would need to run DDR2-800 on it to get decent performance, it would trail more expensive boards by 5% or so in game time-demos. (and by 10% using DDR1-400).

For the price, it is a decent 'enough' mobo though, and can be resold later without a video card (makes it easier to resell to someone else).

Dual-Channel DDR1-400 is only slightly better than Single-Channel DDR2-800.

Check Via website for chipset specs, then check mainboard website to confirm it actually uses the specs.
