So I got this error on PCPartPicker. After looking around I saw that this is unlikely to happen and it most likely will come with an updated BIOS. So, to avoid getting an un-updated BIOS, where would I buy it from? And in the event that it does have an un-updated BIOS how would I update it?

Solution
If you are looking for the MB for fx 6 or fx8, don't worry about it, the MB should have the right version BIOS for them. And if you had the fx8 series cpu, buy the high number power phase count MB, like ga-970a-ud3p (8+2), msi gaming (6+2), ASUS M5A97 evo R2.0 (6+2).
The chances of getting a board without the BIOS for a Piledriver CPU is virtually zero at this point. The only way for it to happen was if you were shipped a board that has been sitting in the warehouse for more than 3 years. If you're really worried, look for a board that has a release date after October 2012 and it will have the BIOS for the Piledriver CPUs guaranteed.
