Well I guess that updating the BIOS is out of the question so I think your best option would be to get from someone a weak cpu with the same socket and install it so you can upgrade the BIOS. You could also change the build if that is not an option.

After that it's hoping the motherboard you buy is released after that BIOS date. Sometimes motherboards aren't sold for a long time, a year or so. I would shoot away an e-mail asking the PC parts company what version of BIOS it has.
If you already bought it, Andrei mentions the solution. Borrow an APU that does work and flash BIOS. Sometimes local Computer shops can do it for you too.
