Some building advise and guidelines needed

Hi . I want to build up a pc . was given my works old IBM server and want to use it for spares . I need a new motherboard though . my Q :

which motherboard do I look for that will be compatible with :

intel xeon 2.13ghz quadcore cpu
ddr2 ram ( have 4x 512mb)
NVidia inno3d graphix card ( gf-gts250-green-dvi-vga-hdmi-gddr3-1gb pci express)


will get new ram if needs be

It seems like by what I looked up that your Xeon would go into a Socket 775 motherboard. They only make a select few.

The TDP is 105W though, so you would need a 775 motherboard with over a 105W TDP.
What would you like to do with this computer? For basic use, this is fine. More RAM would help, but you need to know if its DDR2 or DDR3. With the age of the graphics card, I would guess you have DDR2.

Also, the socket or model of the Intel Xeon would be helpful.
 
would like to play battlefield3 on it haha .

the ram I have is ddr2 . will get ddr3 if needed. the xeon is the 3200 series. the server itself is a nice machine but it don't have pci-e16 , so that blows graphics out the window. I really don't know anything except wat I google and then came across this place. just need to know which motherboards I can look at
