Some Component advice for possible water cooling setup

I am thinking about biting the bullet and build a water cooling loop for my PC. I'm currently running a 4670K @ 4.4GHz and two R9 290s in crossfire. My case doesn't have enough interior space for the radiators required to keep these cool (especially if I OC more), so I'm looking to build my loop with this.

So my question is, given the amount of volume this rad has, what would you recommend I use for pump/res? Does this need a dual-pump setup?

Also, I realize this rad is likely overkill for my components, but I prefer to err on the side of caution. Plus I would have all the OC headroom I need and still remain quiet. I don't think I'd be trying to run this in passive mode, but I think two 180mm fans as intakes in the top and bottom locations would likely provide enough airflow through the radiator fins.

Full setup:

MSI Z87 G45 Gaming MBoard
i5 4670K @4.4 GHz, 1.140v
GSkill 2x 8GB DDR3 2400 CAS 10
2 x Sapphire R9 290 TRI-X OC
Samsung 840 Pro 256GB SSD (OS)
Crucial M500 960 GB SSD (Storage)
Seasonic Platinum 1000 Fully-Modular PSU
Fractal Design Define R4 Case

$650 for just a radiator?
Crazy.
I do like the idea that it is quiet.

If performance is the objective, buy a i7-4790K and a Z97 motherboard.
You will do better at stock and a simple air cooler will let you oc past what you could with that $650 radiator.

You kind of missed the point. I'm looking for quiet in addition to performance. As far as gaming goes, the 4790 isn't going to give me that much of a boost. And even if I did want to go with the i7, it's perfectly usable in my existing motherboard. I looked into Z97, and don't see anything that's really worth upgrading for at this point.

Furthermore, even if I followed your suggestion, my GPUs would still be running on air, which is adequate but loud. They only hit the low 70's when gaming, but I have to have my case fans on 12v and of course the GPU fans are only adding to the noise. If I put it all into a water loop, I would only need my case fans at 5v, to keep memory/mboard cool. When my case fans are at 5v, my case is inaudible.
