Hello,
I have been looking into upgrading my computer pretty soon. My current specs are:
Processor: a10-7850k
Ram: 8 gigs dual channel
Power supply: 500w corsair
Graphics card: 750ti ftw

I would have listed the other specs, but these are the ones that I would like to upgrade. First off, I am planning on upgrading to a 700w or 800w power supply before upgrading anything, because 500w is just not enough. After that, I was thinking about a graphics card upgrade. I don't necessarily want to spend any more than 300 dollars on the graphics card, but that is just a general estimate. After that, I am going to want to upgrade my motherboard, processor, and lastly, my ram. I just would like opinions on what to upgrade each component to!
Thanks!

Well, the nVidia GeForce GTX 970 costs around $300, and comes highly recommended.
Beyond that, a nice Intel Core i5-6600 or i5-6600k would suit the bill. This processor would necessitate a new motherboard like the ASRock Z-170 Extreme4, as well as new DDR4 RAM.

I recommend waiting for a good deal on newegg Shell Shocker.
