Hi,
I finaly desided to place my thermal probe of my Vulcano9 between the core and the HSF, BUT, now I have some other questions, cause, if I place it there, then there is a smal peace of core that doesn't realy touch the HSF. Now I'm wondering or I have to put som AS3 and on the core, and on the HSG, so I have some more contact.

:) Why can't life be easy :)

NO! Dont place you probe there. Although AS3 is an excellent thermal compound it only works if its applied in a thin layer. Your heatsink have to be in direct contact with the entire area of the core. If its tilted even the slightest amount you will get significantly poorer cooling performance.

Ok, but I read somewhere in some reviews of this heatsink taht they put the probe between the core and the HSF, and that if you put it under the cpu (thru the pins) that it wont work as between the core and hsf. So here do I have to put it then, cause I'm affraid that I'll breake a pin or damage the CPU...

It appears that your particular probe is a bit too large then. If its designed to fit under the CPU (through the pins) the manufacturer can't be blamed for changing the probe to one thats a little larger.
If the probe is to large to fit between the CPU and heatsink, so that the heatsink is no longer in firm contact with the core, you have no choise but to put the probe under the CPU.
