Hi all, first post but am really confused about how to fix this issue we are having. I'd like to caution I am quite uneducated about these thinks so have turned to the community for help.

Our home network and WIFI seem to be working OK for some devices at home but not for others and I can't figure out why. More specifically, a PS4 and three tablets/phones will not connect to the WIFI, while some other phones/tablets, google home, smart TV and home PC connect fine. The only common feature for the non-working devices is that they have not been connected to the home WIFI for about a week, while all the working devices have. These devices have never had a problem connecting to the home WIFI simultaneously, this is only an issue that has come up this week.

Here is my setup: Modem/Router used is the Bell provided SAGEMCOM F 2864, we have the Bell Fibe 15 service. All of the indicator lights on the Sagemcom (WIFI, etc) seem to be on. The network configuration page (http://home) shows the internet and wireless working fine.

What I've tried so far: a) Powering on/off all of the devices that are not connecting, b) forgetting and re-adding the wireless network (for the apple stuff), and 3) restarting and powering on/off the sagemcom unit. Obviously, none of these things worked.

Does anyone have any suggestions for getting these devices to reconnect to the WIFI? Thanks and let me know if there is some other useful info I could provide. And to re-iterate, my background in this topic is very limited so the more simple the advice the better. Thanks for the help.

Solution
It sounds like devices that have an IP address are working and those that need DHCP aren't working. I would start with a factory reset of the router. Configure the admin password, the SSIDs and WIFI passwords, disable WPS and optionally UPNP. That should enable the DHCP server on the router.
Just a follow up, but an inactive laptop when running the windows laptop diagnostics is giving the problem found as "Wireless Network Connection" doesn't have a valid IP configuration"
