Some DVI questions

Hi. I recently purchased the AOC M19W LCD TV, only to find out that my old (ok, ancient) Voodoo 3 didn't have a DVI port on it. I now need to buy a new video card and I'm finding it hard to decipher exactly which parts are compatible with each other. The performance of the video card is unimportant, so I was considering getting this one. Could anyone tell me if this will be compatible with the AOC M19W, which appears to have a DVI-D dual link socket, and if so, which cable would do the job? Again, there seem to be so many kinds of cables, with DVI-I, DVI-D, male-female, male-male, dual-link, single-link etc and I'm a bit confused as to which is correct.

If that video card is not compatible, does anyone know of another card in the same price range that would be? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

there are three types of dvi connector, dvi-a which is analog, dvi-d which is digital only and dvi-i which support both. basically all you will need with that card is a dvi-d cable and it will work.

you will not need a dual link cable and you will need a male to male connector if im not mistaken. this wil be the most common cable.
