Question Some games are running slower and more choppy with new SSD and RAM.

I recently upgraded my PC to an SSD and more RAM and some games, like Kingdom Come Deliverance, run slower and are more choppy than ever, in the same graphical settings.

I did a clean install of the OS to the SSD, and downloaded all my games to it. I don't know what's causing it.
