hello
some games i played is freezing after 20-30min like instant freeze then i must close it from task manger
like the game the last of us and god of war Ragnarök these two game are the most
other games like pubg-ea fc 25-smite-delta force-god of war 2018 is work perfect with no problems or crashes
i have this info from the event viewer if it helps
i tried to verify files or some cmd command for scan issues but didn't help also on last nvidia driver

also i able to fix god of war ragnarok issue by roll back to older navidia version driver 561.09
after search about the issue on the internet

my pc spec:

that is a stack overflow error.

@ubuysa might be able to help you with that, the answer seems to be to create a crash dump of the error and he should be able to find answer there.

you might try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the errors. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it

i will, but why shouldn't I test both RAM sticks together at same time?

i did memetest86 for my ram corsair cl34 ddr5 32g 7200mrt and i got 3 errors whats that mean here the pics and the report html page for the test results

i did this test because some games like The last of us and god of war ragnarok is freezing while playing after 20-30min the screen freeze and the sound continues (only the game freeze not the whole pc) i must end it from task manager
others games like pubg , ea fc 25, delta force, battlefield 42, smite and many is working very well i dont know what cause this crash o_O so some ppl told me to do this memetest

pc spec:
win 11 pro
rtx 3070 ti
i7 14700kf
ram 32g
mb: Z790 GAMING X AX + last bios updated

7200 is a very aggressive memory overclock. Try to turn off xmp and see if it will test clean at the default speed...I think it is only 4800.

That should give you a indication if one of the memory modules is defective or if it just can't run at those high speeds.

Memory is extremely tricky to overclock. Even though the memory sticks might be rated for some speed does not mean your particular CPU chip or mother board can do it. If it does pass at default speeds you will have to either try one of the other XMP profiles if they exists or try to manually tune the memory setting your self to get the highest number.

In general I suspect you will not be able to detect the difference in the memory speed in your game.....other than it doesn't hang when you run lower speed.

you only run it on one stick at a time as if you did get an error, you wouldn't know which stick was to blame if you had mroe than one.

I would run it without xmp on and see if you still get the errors.
Otherwise it was probably the overclock.

If you get errors, it means sticks are bad and need to be replaced.
