Hey there, Edgaras Navickas!

Sorry to hear about your issues with the laptop. 🙁 However, since the HDDs work properly on other systems, then the issue must be somewhere in the laptop itself. I'd recommend you to check your laptop manufacturer's website for any SATA/chipset driver updates. Make sure you have the drivers updated from there or the Drivers Pack CD, instead of those from Windows Updates.
I'd also try resetting BIOS from the settings ( http://www.wikihow.com/Reset-Your-BIOS ) and see if that will improve the connectivity of the drives. However, keep in mind that this would get your BIOS settings back to factory defaults, so you'd need to re-configure them after the reset.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! :)
