Some help regarding a build

So, I've been postponing my plans of building a PC due to various budget builds I've come across.
This is the most recent I came up with

Intel i3 4150 @ 3.5 GHz
8 GB DDR3 RAM Hyper X Fury @ 1866 MHz

The GPU is where I have the problem, should I go with the
MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 ti Twin Frozr OC 2GB

or the Powercolor R9 270x 2 GB OC

Both are at about the same price where I live.

And how many FPS would either of the two give me on Arma 3 and GTA V on high settings at 1024p or 720p.

Thank you for your time.

Looking around google, I've yet to find a single actual benchmark for the i3-4150, and not some random person uploading a video to youtube, which is completely unreliable.

As for the FX 6300, this should give you a good idea of what to expect. Of...

I've seen benchmarks and the games being played on the above mentioned CPU. Both on high settings and playable framerates(40~). And what about AMD processors at about the same cost like the FX-6300, how would it perform on the mentioned games with either of the cards.

As for the FX 6300, this should give you a good idea of what to expect. Of course, that was with a GTX 970 and not a R9 270x

What would you say is better the FX-6300 or Intel i3 4150 or i3 4330?

Which one of these would run the games listed better?

If none of those are an option which CPU would you suggest with a minor price bump or slightly higher. But please try to pick among the three listed above.

The country I live in is India but I could get stuff shipped in from amazon.com My budget is at about 450$ or 30,000 Rs.
My budget excludes a hard disk. If possible include a good case, but if it hinders performance by cutting costs for other components, then it isn't required.

Unfortunately with that budget I couldn't really fit much. If you could save up to Rs.31,209 you could fit an i5 in there, but without that your best bet would be a fx-6300. This is the i5 build, if you're curious. all parts from amazon.

Would the build with an FX-6300 run Arma 3 at decent frame rates on multiplayer with high settings 720p?

How would the i5 handle Arma 3 on high settings?

Just realized that the i5 4460(bought locally) is cheaper than the 4430 which would be internationally shipped.
So, I'll just go for that and skip on the case. The i5 4460 paired with a 750ti or a 270x would run Arma 3 and GTA V both very well I assume?
