Hello tom's hardware community I have a doubt that it's really killing me, I have like 1 month with a new system and I have nocited something. Everytime my pc loads something "new" it's lags out for a sec... it's hard to explain so I am going to explain thru examples:

I can play Hearthstone at 60 FPS, but when... for example an animation appears (Like activating Hero Power, or browsing a new page in my collection) my fps drops to 40-45 for a sec and then goes back to 60, but the second or the third time I activate it or browser my collection again the fps doesn't drop.

- It happens when open a menu In Dark Souls III for the first time

- It happens when I first enter combat in Skyrim

- It happens when playing an emulator like Dolphin (In Super Smash Brawl I can get constant 60 fps, but when I use an "special movement" that i haven't used it lags for a sec)

My system is the following:

Motherboard: ASUS PRIME Z270-A (New Component)
CPU: Intel I-5 7600k (New component)
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 1070 Armor 8 GB VRAM DDR5 (New component)
RAM: Kingston Technology ValueRAM 8GB 2133MHz DDR4 (2x8GB) (New component)
SSD: Kingston Digital 120GB SSDNow V300 SATA 3 2.5 (Have 3 years with me)
HDD: Seagate Desktop 2TB 3.5-Inch HDD SATA 6Gb/s 64MB (Have 3 years with me)
PSU: Thermaltake TR-800P TR2 BRONZE 800W ATX 12V V2.3 / EPS 12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16...) - Older piece I have (like 8-9 years with me).
Cooling System: Corsair H100 Watercooler (2 years with me)

I have been watching my temps and they are pretty good, so that cannot be the problem, or... is that a normal behavior and I am just overreactiong?

Actually if the issue is seen once out of a stretch of 8 hours of gameplay, you're overreacting.

In any case, to entertain your issue, I'd suggest that you make sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date while all the drivers for your system as equally up to date. On another note, I would suggest you ditch that PSU since it's more of an expensive paper weight. The ram you've got isn't what you should have gotten if you went with an i7 K suffix processor + Z270 chipset. You should've gone for at least a 2800/3200MHz kit.

Did you reinstall your OS after you migrated from your older system to the new components?

Yeah I reinstalled everything even MY OS, I am using Windows 10.

I constantly check all my drivers and I also updated my BIOS.

So you are telling me that my rams are not that good and that the could be bottlenecking my system?

About my PSU, may you explain a little more about why is that PSU so bad? and could it affect my perfomance? or even damage my system? :(
