What does "Some Intel Z87 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Haswell Refresh CPUs." mean on PCPARTPICKER?

I chose the i5-4690k because it is overclockable and will do great, I didn't want my CPU to get to high temperatures so I chose the Corsair H75 liquid cooler. The motherboard was a good choice, I guess, because I can go 2 way SLI with it, I'm definitely planning to add another graphics card in the future just to make sure my build is completely future-proof, fast and strong. I went with 16 GB of RAM since it is recommended for UE4. The SSD is to store windows and games that need to boot up fast like Skyrim, the 1 TB is for other games and stuff. I chose the MSI GeForce GTX 970 because it is a very good graphics card at a price that I can deal with, and as I mentioned earlier, I'm planning to add another one in the future. I'm not a fan of AMD to be honest. The case is beautiful, that's why I chose it. The PSU decision was based on the fact the I'll be overclocking stuff and for the 2nd graphics card. Now please keep in mind that this is my first build ever, I know a little bit about the whole custom builds world so please make your answers understandable to someone who is new in the gaming world.
I couldn't choose any other motherboard because this is the only one that ships to Saudi Arabia. Plus, How can I update the BIOS of this particular mobo? I'd love if you link some guides, videos and whatever you think is helpful.
