It seems my asus gpu strix 97o seems having problem.
i have this usage

on peak I have slowdown. gpu clock is so high.

windows 10
asus x-99
36 gb ram

Did you try using DDU to remove your GPU drivers, then manually reinstalling with the latest version sourced from Nvidia's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator?

Perhaps check and see if your BIOS is pending update. What is the make and model of your PSU and it's age?

2015 PSU is 700w cooler master and yes I had some problem on restart sometimes. I changed eco settings and still i have some little issue restarting.

today it happen again. It seems related to strange behaviour. maybe also temperature. hard to say. I cannot see monitor it freeze before when i come back from issuspension. audio was crippling. I was litening to spotify via web. no software on.
