Some key dont working my laptop

I am using medion laptop and `q,w,e,r,` is not working but `t,y,u...etc` working. And some other colon is `a...#` not working but `z to shift` is working. other some key is working but some key I cant.

If I replaced and clean key board cable. But problem is continue. I am wondering what is the problem please help me...
