So recently I was having trouble having ctrl-shift-k not working in Figma (both browser and desktop app). A few days more of observation when I realized that it's not Figma, it's Windows.

Other keys not working: ctrl+shift+u, ctrl+shift+p.

I use 'qipress' to show all mouse clicks and keyboard presses and status on screen, that's how I know.

I also tried reinstalling keyboard drivers etc. completely uninstalling and reinstalling, still not working. Keys work just fine when not in that combination. Other combinations work ok too.

Also tried disabling all possible background apps that might interfere. Still the same. Even tried booting in safe mode and tried. really not working.

Also tried switching to different USB port (not hub). not working.

So I'm assuming it's a windows level.

Please help.

Are you able to try another known working keyboard on your system?

Are you able to try your current keyboard on another known working system?

Determine if the problems stay with your computer or follow the keyboard.

Try the built in Windows Troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Then another thing you can is to run "sfc /scannow" via the Command Prompt. May fix some corruption problem.

Thanks. I pulled off my keyboard and tried it on another laptop. Same issue. found out after a few more reading online that this specific keyboard model has some issues. One issue found again is ctrl+shift+esc which doesn't work on the left side. But the right ctrl and shift works ok.

Thank you.
