Hi,
After upgrading my Dell Inspiron 15 3521 to windows 10, my number keys stopped working.
I have updated the touchpad and keyboard drivers but they are still not working.
If someone could help out that would be great! Thanks

Hello,

Kindly try the following a clean re-installation;

- Uninstall completely the existing keyboard drivers and restart your PC.
- For this part, use the built-in on screen keyboard or connect an external keyboard for the mean time, next go to the manufacturer's website of your laptop, which can be found here. LINK: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Products/?app=drivers
- Search for the appropriate keyboard driver for your Dell unit.
- Once done installing, restart your PC once more. This should fix your keyboard.

OR

You may try this alternate method;

Follow these steps:
1) Press Windows and X key together and select Device Manager.
2) Locate the Key board device icon. Right click on the driver icon.
