Some Keys wont work on Keyboard (Asus Cerberus)

Hey guys.

The keyboard model mentioned above has a few dead keys. (V, 5 and F5)
It was sitting inside its original box for a few months and only started using it now.

Any tips on how to get this working again? I already tried reboot...uninstalling drivers..etc..

Can try a reset of keys,

To reset to the default settings:
• Press and hold [Fn] + [Delete] for about three (seconds) until the Nums
Lock, Caps Lock, and Win Lock LEDS flash thrice, then flash once to
indicate that the reset process is completed.

for some reason, these are the keys that's not working in my Cerberus also.
any update?

I am experiencing the same problem, didn't know about the 5 and f5 until I found this thread. I've tried uninstalling, updating firmware and resetting to factory settings.
