Some menus and apps are blur on newly bought HP pavillion x360

The exact model is 13-u002nx.
I bought it today, display is perfect and couldn't be clear. But there are some menus like Device manager and trackpad options and ELAN (mouse settings) where text and icons are really REALLY blur.

Is there any settings I should do?

It could be windows scaling. 13" monitor at 1080p resolution, I wouldn't be surprised if scaling is turned on by default. Check to see if scaling is turned up, if so set it back to normal and see if it looks better.

The scaling and then restarting only makes icons smaller that are already perfect. No change in the apps and menus though
