My friend want to buy a microphone. I have an audio interface and XLR condenser microphone and i have no problem. But my friend want to buy a "cheap" and "qualified" and non-need to an audio interface microphone (USB Mic). So I heard somethings about that: some microphones don't need an internal or external sound card. But still I know sound cards determine/limit microphones' qualities.

So, is there any microphones that its sound quality "not" attached to sound card?
Another version of question: is there any microphones that have own sound card inside of it?

If any, is this microphone one of them?: Audio Technica ATR 2100

Or can you recommend me a microphone as I explained?

Solution
In theory: NO... Microphones (USB ones ofcourse) don't need any external sound card. They can very well run on your present sound card. The Universal Serial Bus by default installs its own drivers for plug and play devices like mics, mice and keyboards. So worrying about whether you have a "good enough" sound card is not really relevant.

P.S: Assuming you are not building a recording studio or something like that. To achieve professional voice quality in terms of recording audio, you might wanna consider some pretty heavy sound cards. But if you are in the household/gamer category, any good mic should be good with your present sound card too.

So you mean sound cards are not effective on that. But with same microphone (Trust Stazz) I have better sound quality than a my friend. So I thought it is about sound card.

Its not "entirely" upto the sound card, mostly they are totally okay with your present sound card. If you have better sound quality than your friend, it can also be due to different speakers/headphones/headsets quality which you use to compare both inputs. There are also other numbers of variables involved such as sound pitch of both you and your friend (a thicker voice is better recorded), environment noise in which both you and your friend recorded your voice, computer specs, etc
