Some more room

Hello, I have an old HDD that I used when I first built my system however the OS had issues making it crash to much so I got a cheap 100 GB HDD and it's now out of room so my question is how do I wipe the old HDD clean so I can have no issues with my system crashing?

Assuming the old drive wasn't failing and causing the issues. Just install it wnd format the drive in Windows
