Some news and review articles are missing corresponding threads in the forums

I understand that the new forums software hasn't yet been linked to the content on the front page for in-line posting, but even when I navigate to the forum's "News comments" and "Reviews comments" sections, the item I want to comment on is often missing.

Recent examples are the LaCie 4GB HDD review and the news article about the US banning Chinese power cables. It's frustrating because it's not even possible to create new threads in these sections of the forum. That would be an understandable restriction if all of the necessary threads were automatically there.

Sorry, but it does take some time to fully convert a site like TH to a new platform. This shortcoming is one to be addressed in the future.
