Some of my applications wont open PLZ HELP

Some of my pc games and programs(NFS Rivals,Bluestacks,SR4,ETS2) won't open,I double-click on them and the loading circle shows up for a half of a second and then nothing happens.Only Bluestacks shows up in the task bar when I try to open it,but other programs don't.I have this problem for two months now and I've been searching how to fix it all over the net and nothing helps. PLZ HELP SOMEBODY

Bluestacks? What's that?

Do the processes show up in Task Manager?

Bluestacks is a program for android apps on PC(etc. Clash of Clans) and only Bluestacks shows up in Task manager other programs don't.

Try opening a new test dummy account in Windows. Then try installing a few test dummy programs and see if they run.
