Hey guys.

My system components:
Ryzen 7 1700
Msi gtx1070ti gaming
2x8 gb 3000mhz corsair ram
fsp 600w psu
asus b350m-a motherboard

My problem is for ex. when i play gta 5 my cores are not stable. Using of some of them are %5 and some of them are like %80-90. Is there anythink i can do to make them closer eachother? Especially my 3rd core is always high.I think that can cause fps drops in other games. What do you say about it?

Solution
The core usage is generally determined by how the program is written. Some programs mainly only use one core and others spread the workload out over multiple cores.

What you are seeing isn't uncommon and I think is most likely normal.

For instance.....the game Kerbal Space Program is very intensive on one core. So I see one core basically maxed out while my other cores aren't doing much of anything.
