Some of my games are lacking ingame

Some of my games like guild Wars 2, Borderlands and Wildstar are lacking.

I really dont no why?? Geforce Experience are suggesting I run all of them on ultra.

Hope you can help me, because I don't have a clue what is causing the lag.

GpU: Geforce 980 Ti
Cpu: Intel Core I7-2600
Ram: 16 gb ddr3 1600 Hz Kingston hyperx
SSD Kingston V200 256 gb Sata 3
HDD 1TB
PSU: Raidmax rx-600af 80+ bronze
Motherboard: MB1155 Gigabyte GA-z68ap-d3

Can you describe what you mean by 'lacking'? Thats not painting a very descriptive picture for me so I have no ideas what you perceive isnt quite right.
Is it just the lag?

Im talking about huge framerate drops in games which doesn't require much power to run as the games listed above. I can play the wicher 3 and Metal Gear 5 on Ultra with a steady 60 fps no problem. GTA IV also suffers from the framrate drops :/

Kinda weird....
