Some of my games suddenly have terrible texture quality

First off, sorry if this is the wrong category. I am new here.
So recently, some of my games suddenly started having texture qualities that are so bad that the games have become unplayable.

I wouldn't be surprised if other games have this problem too.

I have an HP Elitebook 8560p
AMD Radeon HD 6470M
Intel i7-2620M @ 2.70 GHz
8 GB RAM

I have no idea what could be causing this. It seems to have started after i had connected a second monitor to my laptop, however I am not sure if that is the problem.

I have tried changing graphics settings within the games as well as changing some settings in Catalyst Control Center. Nothing worked. I also tried unplugging the monitor and updating drivers.
I am out of ideas. Hopefully somebody will be able to help me. Thank you!

Hello.
Well the game only runs on one monitor. But its not the monitor that's blurry. It's the actual textures of the objects in game (as shown in the pictures). And yes, no matter which monitor i play it on, both have the problem.
It is connected through a vga cable. And the problem persists even if i try to play the game with the other monitor unplugged.

Do the monitors work concurrently or one at a time because it could be the graphics card not able to run both monitors at full resolution
